Information you provide

We collect information you submit when requesting a quote, booking transportation, creating or accessing a customer account, contacting us, or receiving service. This may include your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, trip date and time, passenger and luggage details, flight or FBO information, preferences, notes, and communications with us.

Payment information

Card information entered during online booking is sent directly to our payment processor for tokenization. SHOFER receives a payment token and limited card details, such as the brand and last four digits, rather than the full card number or security code.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website, we and our service providers may collect device, browser, IP address, approximate location, page-view, referral, interaction, and diagnostic information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. We use Google advertising measurement and security tools such as Cloudflare Turnstile. Address suggestions may be supplied by a mapping provider.

• Provide quotes; create, confirm, dispatch, manage, and bill reservations; and deliver chauffeur services.
• Verify customer accounts, save requested preferences, and provide customer support.
• Send reservation confirmations, service updates, payment communications, and other transactional messages.
• Send SMS trip updates when you choose to receive them.
• Maintain website security, prevent fraud and misuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve our services.
• Measure advertising performance and understand how visitors find and use our website.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our clients, chauffeurs, business, and the public.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

• Service providers that support payment processing, reservation and dispatch operations, hosting, security, communications, mapping, analytics, advertising measurement, and customer support.
• Chauffeurs and transportation partners that need trip and passenger details to provide the requested service, including vetted affiliates when service is arranged outside our direct operating area.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or complete a business transaction.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Communications

You may opt out of reservation-related SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us. Message and data rates may apply. Choosing not to receive texts does not prevent you from booking service, although we may contact you by phone or email when needed for your trip.

Privacy requests

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to ask about how it is used or shared. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Browser controls

You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect website functionality. Browser-based privacy signals are handled as required by applicable law.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and operational need.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Our website and booking services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent, guardian, or other responsible adult should make any reservation involving a minor. If you believe a child has provided information directly to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
